अमरावती विमानतळाच्या नामकरणासंदर्भातील स्पष्टीकरण
आज दिनांक 16 एप्रिल रोजी अमरावती विमानतळाच्या उद्घाटनप्रसंगी प्रदर्शित करण्यात आलेल्या दृकश्राव्य क्लिपमध्ये “प्रज्ञाचक्षु संत गुलाबराव महाराज अमरावती विमानतळ” असे नाव दर्शविण्यात आले होते. यासंदर्भात स्पष्ट करण्यात येते की, सदर नावाविषयी कोणताही अधिकृत निर्णय शासन स्तरावर अद्याप घेण्यात आलेला नाही.
सदर नावाचा उल्लेख हा कार्यक्रम व्यवस्थापनासाठी नेमण्यात आलेल्या एजन्सीच्या निष्काळजीपणामुळे घडलेली चूक असून, दृश्य सादरीकरणामधील क्रिएटिव्हज आमच्या संमतीशिवाय व माहितीशिवाय तयार करण्यात आले व प्रदर्शित करण्यात आले.
तरी सदर बाब अनवधानाने घडलेली असून ती कोणत्याही प्रकारे शासनाच्या अधिकृत निर्णयाचे प्रतिनिधित्व करत नाही, हे नम्रपणे कळविण्यात येत आहे. सद्यस्थितीत संबंधित विमानतळास “अमरावती विमानतळ” या नावानेच संबोधित करण्यात येईल.
सदर एजन्सीकडून स्पष्टीकरण मागविण्यात आले असून, दोषी पक्षाविरुद्ध आवश्यक ती कार्यवाही करण्यात येईल.
सर्व संबंधितांनी या प्रकरणाकडे गैरसमज न करता विचारपूर्वक पाहावे, ही नम्र विनंती.

Clarification Regarding the Name of Amravati Airport
It has come to our attention that during today’s inauguration event at Amravati Airport, a display clip featured the name “Pragyachakshu Sant Gulabrao Maharaj Amravati Airport.” We would like to clarify that no official decision has been taken regarding the naming of the airport as of now.
The mention of this name was an inadvertent error on the part of the event management vendor responsible for stage setup and creative displays. The said creative was prepared and displayed without prior approval or knowledge of the concerned authorities.
We request all concerned to kindly treat the displayed content as inadvertent and not reflective of any formal naming decision. Presently, the airport shall continue to be referred to simply as Amravati Airport.
A notice has been issued to the vendor seeking an explanation, and appropriate action will be taken against those found responsible.
